Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and service adjustments for Flushingclear consulting services, educational products, and programs.

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases and service agreements made with Flushingclear ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to fair and transparent refund practices. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing our consulting services, educational products, or structured programs.

By purchasing any service or product from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. Specific service agreements may include additional terms that supplement this policy.

3. Consulting Services

3.1 Cancellation Before Service Commencement

If you cancel a consulting engagement before any services have been delivered, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any non-refundable administrative fees disclosed at the time of purchase. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to assist@flushingclear.world at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled start date of the engagement.

3.2 Cancellation After Service Commencement

If you cancel a consulting engagement after services have partially commenced, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. You will receive a refund for the portion of services not yet delivered, minus any costs already incurred for preparation, materials, or scheduled facilitator time.

3.3 Rescheduling

Consulting sessions may be rescheduled without penalty if notice is provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice may incur a rescheduling fee of up to 25% of the session cost, as specified in your service agreement.

3.4 Company-Initiated Cancellation

If we cancel a consulting session due to facilitator unavailability or other circumstances within our control, you will receive the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund for the cancelled session.

4. Educational Products

4.1 Digital Educational Materials

Digital educational products, including guides, toolkits, and learning modules, may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed or downloaded the materials. Once digital content has been accessed or downloaded, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

4.2 Physical Educational Materials

Physical educational products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4.3 Defective Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect educational product, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.

5. Programs and Challenges

5.1 Structured Programs

Enrollment in structured team collaboration programs is subject to the following refund terms:

  • Before Program Start: Full refund available if cancellation is requested at least 21 days before the program start date.
  • Within 7 Days of Program Start: 50% refund available if cancellation is requested between 7 and 21 days before the program start date.
  • Less Than 7 Days Before Start: No refund available, but you may transfer enrollment to a future program session within 12 months, subject to availability.
  • After Program Start: No refunds are available once a program has commenced. Partial program credits may be offered at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

5.2 Team Challenge Programs

Team challenge programs are non-refundable once the challenge launch session has occurred. If you cancel before the launch session, the refund terms for structured programs (Section 5.1) apply.

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send a written refund request to assist@flushingclear.world including your full name, order or invoice number, date of purchase, and reason for the refund request.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days with a decision and any additional information needed.
  3. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
  4. You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

7. Non-Refundable Items and Exceptions

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Services that have been fully delivered as described in the service agreement
  • Custom-developed materials created specifically for your organization
  • Third-party fees or costs incurred on your behalf
  • Promotional or discounted purchases where refund terms were explicitly modified at the time of sale

In exceptional circumstances, such as documented service delivery failures on our part, we may offer refunds or credits beyond the standard policy terms at our sole discretion.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in suspension of future service eligibility.

9. Consumer Protection Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory refund or cancellation rights that exceed the terms described here, those legal rights take precedence over this policy to the extent of any conflict.

Residents of the European Union may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Directive, including a 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts, subject to exceptions for digital content that has been accessed with prior consent.

10. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Refund requests will be processed according to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
